- Replaced 36 oceanfront timber decks deemed unsafe. Work included replacement of 72 sliding glass doors and structural repairs due to water damage.
- Completed a structural inspection of common stairwells and recommended necessary repairs.
- Developed project scope for next phase of renovation work for the townhome structures.
- Oversaw renovation to 9 decks of the townhome structures and put in place the specifications for future townhome deck replacement.
