- 11,000 l.f. of beach nourished w/ 847,000 c.y. of sand dredged from offshore borrow areas 100%
- Dredging by ocean certified hydraulic cutterhead dredge. 100%
- Sand pump onshore by submerged pipeline. 100%

Project Highlights
Developed protocol for incorporation into the Contract Documents for documentation of sand bag removal with fill materials tested for compatibility for beach fill use.
Project executed during spring and summer turtle nesting season.
Developed protocol for turtle monitoring and for modification of construction operations in case of turtle nesting or observation of turtles in the project area.
Obtained SCDHEC-OCRM and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits including NEPA coordination.
