  • 2001-2002: Phase 1, Pine Knoll Shores and Indian Beach – Nourished 7.4 miles of ocean shoreline with 1,800,000 c.y. at cost of $12,000,000. 100%
  • 2002-2003: Phase 2, Emerald Isle – Nourished 5.9 miles of shoreline with 1,850,000 c.y. at cost of $12,000,000. 100%
  • 2004: Emerald Isle- Post Isabel Renourishment – Nourished 2.3 miles of beach with 155,000 c.y at cost of $1,800,000 100%
  • 2007: Post Ophelia Renourishment Project – Nourished 10.4 miles of beach with 1,100,000 c.y. at cost of $13,800,000. 100%

Nourishment from offshore borrow areas using ocean certified trailer suction hopper and hydraulic cutter-head dredges.

Provided construction administration including successfully resolution of construction delays and subsequent claims resulting from schedule slippage, turtle takes and tires in the borrow areas.
